Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed without an approved payment on file.
If partial payment is made, the remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your session.
Nyah Simone Spa operates strictly by appointment only. All required intake forms must be completed before arrival.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% service fee
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% service fee
Because appointments are prepaid, applicable fees will be retained according to this policy.
Reserved time is exclusive and prevents other clients from booking.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond the reserved time. Full service fees apply regardless of session length due to late arrival.
If you are experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, active infection, contagious illness, or severe respiratory symptoms, please notify Nyah Simone Spa as soon as possible and reschedule after full recovery. Your health and the wellness of all guests are a priority.
All services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid appointments, promotional services, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.
To preserve a tranquil environment:
• No additional guests unless pre-approved
• Children are not permitted during appointments
• Phone conversations must be taken outside the suite
Select services are available through our Concierge Wellness Experience in your home, hotel, or private residence.
Available services include massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, assisted stretch therapy, and select facial treatments.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Travel fees may apply based on distance, tolls, parking, or valet requirements. Parking fees are the responsibility of the client.
Appointments are not confirmed without completed payment.
The appointment time begins at the scheduled start time.
Clients must provide accurate address details, entry instructions, and parking information in advance.
Delays due to access issues or client unavailability will count toward the scheduled session time.
If access is not granted within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
Clients must provide:
• A clean, quiet, temperature-controlled space
• A cleared minimum area of 6 ft x 8 ft
• Access to a nearby electrical outlet if required
• Access to a restroom for hand hygiene
If adequate space is not available upon arrival, the session may be shortened or canceled. Full payment will apply.
All pets must be secured in a separate room during the appointment.
Nyah Simone Spa maintains a strictly professional therapeutic environment.
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment will be retained, and future bookings may be declined.
Nyah Simone Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to ensure safety, professionalism, and the integrity of the spa environment.
